If persistent technical problems prevent you from accessing course content and our support team can't resolve them within 7 business days, you're eligible for a full refund regardless of how long you've been enrolled.

Course Cancellation by Seldron
In the rare event we need to cancel a scheduled course or program, you'll receive an automatic full refund within 5 business days. We'll also offer priority enrollment in the next available session at no additional cost.

Duplicate Purchase
Accidentally enrolled twice? Contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the duplicate charge immediately. These things happen, and we make it simple to fix.

Medical or Emergency Circumstances
Life happens. If serious medical issues or family emergencies prevent you from continuing, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a partial refund or credit toward future programs depending on your specific situation.

Once approved, you'll receive written confirmation via email. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Most banks and card issuers take 5-10 business days to post the credit, though this can vary.
Account Access Ends
When your refund is processed, access to course materials and the learning platform will be removed. Make sure to download any personal notes or work you want to keep before submitting your refund request.

You've worked through 80% of a program but aren't satisfied with the content quality or teaching approach. While we appreciate feedback, completion beyond 25% typically doesn't qualify for standard refunds.
Outcome: Refund not applicable, but we encourage feedback to improve
Platform Access Problems
You've contacted support multiple times about login issues or video playback problems that haven't been resolved after a week of troubleshooting attempts.
Outcome: Full refund available due to unresolved technical barriers
Personal Emergency Arises
A family health crisis means you can't dedicate time to the program for several months. You're halfway through and have been actively participating until now.
Outcome: Partial refund or program credit considered on case basis
Payment Methods and Refund Returns
Refunds are always returned using the same payment method you originally used. Here's what to expect based on how you paid:
- Credit or Debit Card: Refunds appear as credits on your next statement, typically within 5-10 business days after we process them
- PayPal: Funds return directly to your PayPal balance within 3-5 business days from processing date
- Bank Transfer: Direct bank refunds take 7-10 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule
- Company Purchase Order: Refund credits are issued to the purchasing organization's account within 10 business days
